Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent (typically 5+ years) work experience preferred; Requirements may vary by country or practice

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization

• Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project

• Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations

• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and local office language(s)

• Excel, PowerPoint, and Word mastery are a must

• Excellent verbal and public speaking skills; ability to present in accurate detail and respond to questions in a clear and concise manner with business leaders and executives.

You will work as a consultant with a client to identify and also solve and implement potential solutions for a business challenge they are facing. You will help clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals, all while staying focused on the mission statement and the expert and professional image and results-driven delivery that sets our consulting firm apart from others.
